New Thursday Aft. Club Champs! Jan & Mike Keefer topped our 15 table field to take the hardware, with a 64 1/4 % game, just edging out runners up Judith Sorrenti & Karen Adelman by less than 1%. The event rested on a late play between the Keefer's and Judith and Karen. The Keefer's bid 4H, and despite good defense to hold Mike to 4, the Keefers, 6.05 Matchpoints on a 11 Top decided the event in their favor. A photo finish at The Bridge Table

Ed Vadala 1940-2009 It is with regret and heartfelt sorrow, that we announce the passing of a dear friend, wonderful player, gracious opponent, and fellow teacher, Ed Vadala. Ed embodied Bridge at it's best, and in addition to being a life master and champion, he championed bridge itself by unselfishly sharing and teaching others to be better players. Ed will be missed by all at The Bridge Table.
John Guthery is our June Player of the Month
John's 18+ June total beat out life partner Ruth Guthery by only 1.20. John will enjoy a free week of bridge at The Bridge Table. Pat & Fred Linnemeyer were our co "0-20" players of the month and will receive an engraved plaque commemerating their achievement at The Bridge Table.
